What exactly does my team have to do before the first game?

One person creates the game and picks the questions. Everyone answers a short 5 minute survey. The game builds itself from those answers. Nobody has to prepare anything.

What if someone doesn't want to answer a question?

They skip it. Every survey question can be skipped. Skipped questions simply never appear in a game. Nobody is told who skipped what.

How long is a game?

Ten questions take about five minutes. Often teams pause the game to dive deeper on an answer. Most teams run a short game at the start of a weekly meeting.

How many people can play at once?

Up to twenty in a single session. Larger organizations run several games - your subscription covers everyone at the company, so there is no per-game or per-seat cost.

Do people need to install anything?

No. It runs in any browser on both a computer and a phone.

Who can see my survey answers?

Admins and leaders in your organization can see survey answers, because that is how games get planned - and every time they look, it is written to your organization's audit log. Your in-game answers, meaning which option you picked during play, are private to you; everyone else sees scores, not choices.

Can we use our own questions instead of the suggested ones?

Yes. You can write your own custom questions - multiple choice and fill in the blank formats.
